QA Manual Test Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough testing of motor insurance claims to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to claims processing.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data for manual testing of motor insurance claims.
• Analyze results of testing activities to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in manual testing or a related field (e.g., insurance industry).
• Strong understanding of motor insurance products and services.
• Proficiency in claims processing systems and processes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
