QA QC Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to ensure construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, approved drawings, and UAE regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in quality control processes for high-rise buildings, residential, and villa projects.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures at site.
Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Conduct site inspections and prepare inspection reports.
Review project documents, method statements, ITPs, and material submittals.
Coordinate with consultants, project engineers, and site teams for inspections and approvals.
Monitor quality of civil, structural, and finishing works.
Ensure materials received at site meet approved specifications and standards.
Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective/preventive actions.
Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation.
Assist in audits and ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
Monitor testing activities and ensure proper documentation.
Support project handover documentation and final quality inspections.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience as QA/QC Engineer in construction projects.
Experience in high-rise buildings, residential, and villa projects preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, inspection procedures, and documentation.
Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and method statements.
UAE contracting experience is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
