QA/QC INSPECTOR

Salary Range: $2500 – $3500

Report to: QA/QC Manager

Min Qualifications / Experience :

1) Degree in Mechanical Engineering holder with 2 years relevant experience

Job Skills Required:

1) Knowledgein Microsoft office applications such as Excel, Word, Power Point and

relatedspreadsheet software.

2) Must be able to work well with others in ateam setting.

3) Ability to work independently.

4) Must be able to effectively handle manyconcurrent projects.

5) AWS, ASME AS, PD5500.

Duties & Responsibilities

a. Assist QA/QC Managerin the managing the QA/QC department.

b. Establish, implementand maintain the QC system for products that need to comply with ASME codes.

c. Prepare, control andmaintain the QC Manual in accordance with ASME code.

d. Initiate qualityprograms and report to QA/QC Manager for the current product quality level.

e. Develop InspectionTest Plan (ITP), inspection and testing procedures.

f. Supervise and guidethe team of QC inspectors and administrative assistant.

g. Control the usage ofASME stamps and review ASME’s MDR forms.

h. Maintain and controlthe welding procedures (WPS) and welder performance qualification records.

i. Any Adhoc assignment given by QA/QC Manager.
