Job Title: QA Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced QA Team Leader to manage a team of Quality Analysts, ensure quality standards, and drive process improvements to enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of Quality Analysts.
• Monitor team performance and ensure daily QA targets are met.
• Conduct coaching, feedback, and calibration sessions.
• Analyze quality trends and identify process gaps.
• Prepare weekly and monthly QA reports.
• Coordinate with Operations and Training teams for quality improvement.
• Oversee ACPT analysis for D-SAT cases.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of QA experience with team-handling expertise.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and QA reporting tools.

Work Requirements:

• Work from Office
• 5 Days Working | 2 Weekly Off
