QA Technician (Oil & Gas)**Gul Circle
Summary
Perform quality checks on raw materials, manufacturing processes, and finished parts in an oil & gas production environment, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and customer requirements.
- Reporting to the QA Supervisor, you will provide assistance in maintaining highest quality standard in gauge room activities and manufacturing processes to meet technical specifications and quality program.
- Setting gauges and preparation /issuing of inspection sheets and gauging procedures
- Perform incoming check and verification of raw materials, customers supplied materials, sub-con operations and instruments;
- 1. Dimensional verification,
- 2. Hardness check,
- 3. Mill Certificate Verification,
- 4. VTI,
- 5. Short term rental gauges
- Perform final check on finished parts and routers/documentation/inspection sheet ensuring compliance to licensor’s / customers’ requirements
- Conduct scheduled daily phosphate titration test and monthly coupon test
- Perform threading inserts verification
- To raise Non-Conformance / Incident Reports on discrepancy discovered
- To conduct internal process audit
- Responsible for maintaining the integrity of gauge room
Job Requirements
- Industrial Quality Training Certification
- 1 to 2 years' experience within OCTG production environment
- 5 days work near Gul Circle MRT
- Salary up to $3500
