QA & Test Coordinator — Salesforce & SDLC Gatekeeper

Coordinate defect triage across development teams, QA, and external testers to ensure ownership and timely resolution. Manage QA gates and ensure all required QA deliverables and evidence are complete and aligned with acceptance criteria. Maintain test evidence discipline, including traceability and audit readiness, across projects. Extensive experience coordinating QA activities across complex delivery projects. Strong ability to plan, prepare, and manage QA gate evidence for formal reviews and delivery acceptance. Proven track record coordinating defect triage and QA governance across multiple teams.
