RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Lead a small team of testers and oversee day to day testing activities
  • Report test progress, risks and results to the Team Lead
  • Monitor test progress and deadlines, and check each tester's progress regularly
  • Monitor team performance and give regular feedback
  • Review and clarify test requirements
  • Design and develop test cases based on requirements and specifications
  • Execute testing based on test cases
  • Perform exploratory testing and clarify test procedures when needed
  • Perform functional, regression, compatibility and integration testing across PC and console
  • Perform benchmarking and performance testing using tools such as PassMark, PCMark or 3DMark
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes and report defects
  • Record test results and provide test reports
  • Work closely with engineering, firmware and product teams across the region
  • Guide junior testers and interns when needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• • Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of software, hardware or prototype testing experience
  • Open to candidates keen on software and prototype testing, training provided
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication skills and able to work well with different teams
  • Willing to pick up leadership and mentoring skills, training provided
  • Passion for gaming
  • Experience with gaming peripherals, firmware, driver or hardware compatibility testing is an advantage
  • Experience with automation tools is an advantage
  • Experience with Jira, TestRail or Bugzilla is an advantage
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage when working with regional teams
