QAQC Lead

Leads quality assurance and control for aviation infrastructure projects, enforcing compliance and improving standards through planning, inspections, and documentation.
Role Overview We are seeking a QA/QC Lead to ensure the highest standards of quality across aviation infrastructure projects. The role requires expertise in quality management systems and a proven ability to enforce compliance throughout project lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality planning: Develop and implement QA/QC procedures tailored to project requirements.
- Inspection & testing: Oversee material inspections, testing, and validation processes.
- Documentation control: Maintain accurate records of quality checks and certifications.
- Non-conformance management: Identify issues, recommend corrective actions, and track resolution.
- Continuous improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance quality standards and efficiency.
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of QA/QC experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Aviation project experience is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
