Job Description

• Position Title: QA QC Supervisor
• Working Location: Tuas
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the project's QA/QC system to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
• Prepare Project Quality Plans (PQP), QA/QC procedures, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and other quality documentation.
• Conduct quality briefings and perform site inspections to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved specifications and good practices.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor in-process quality inspections throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare, issue, and follow up on quality inspection reports and ensure timely closure of non-conformance items.
• Monitor the progress of CONQUAS, Quality Mark, or other quality assessment programmes.
• Liaise with authorities, consultants, Project Managers, and site teams on quality-related matters.
• Maintain proper records of QA/QC documents, inspection reports, test results, and authority submissions.
• Conduct stage inspections covering material checks, component alignment, visual inspection, bolting, painting, fabrication, and erection works.
• Prepare Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), coordinate welder qualification tests, and develop welding quality control and repair procedures.

• Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of QA/ QC experience in the construction industry.
• Hands-on experience in quality inspections, QA/QC documentation, and quality management systems.
• Experience in LTA projects will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
