Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily quality checks on calibration tools used by the QC team to ensure inspection accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct incoming raw material inspections, in-process crate inspections, and outgoing product inspections according to customer requirements.
- Perform customer-specific inspections using ERP systems.
- Verify QC reports and support shift handover accuracy.
- Conduct routine quality inspections based on customer specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Perform inspections using digital forms via iPad (Kizeo system).
- Process non-conformance records for crates using SAP (Y7/Y8).
- Work closely with Operations, Packing, Administration, and Logistics teams to resolve quality-related matters.
- Support supervisors and managers with ad-hoc quality assignments.
Requirements
- NITEC qualification or above.
- 1 year of experience in warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, or quality inspection roles.
- Experience with ERP/SAP systems is an advantage.
- Open to overtime work on weekdays and weekends.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: Up to S$3,000
- Variable Bonus

- Night Shift Allowance: S$15/night (if taking night shift)

Working Hours
Day Shift:
Monday – Friday
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Weekend Commitment:
Required to commit approximately 50% of weekends (Saturday & Sunday) per month when required. Weekend work will be compensated with overtime pay.
Night Shift (Optional):
8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
Additional night shift allowance provided.
Work Location
33/35 Greenwich
(May rotate between both sites depending on operational requirements)
