As a QE Automation Engineer - Associate 2, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on designing, coding, and testing applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. Translating the vision, you will set the tone and inspire others to follow, driving business growth and shaping the direction of client engagements.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
- Overseeing the design, coding, and testing of applications to enhance user experiences and business performance
- Managing multiple software engineering projects, confirming alignment with strategic objectives
- Promoting technological advances and fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address software development challenges
- Driving business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful outcomes
- Mentoring and guiding the next generation of leaders in software engineering
- Confirming adherence to professional and technical standards within software development processes
- Utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++ to develop scalable and efficient software solutions
- Implementing quality assurance testing and continuous integration/delivery practices to maintain software quality

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

-Playwright with MCP; Tosca, Jav, Python, JavaScript / TypeScript for Playwright, Karate and/or REST Assured, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or equivalent, Git / GitHub / Bitbucket

SQL,Debugging & Analysis,Test Management,AWS, Azure or GCP

-Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Demonstrating proficiency in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
- Utilizing advanced programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++
