1.執行日常招募作業
2.協辦徵才活動、產學合作專案推行、實習計畫推廣
3.協助教育訓練規劃與活動執行
4.協助人力資源各項專案執行（如：雇主品牌推廣、員工活動）及主管交辦事項
※在台中總部培訓1年後，將安排至印尼廠區工作。

1.Execute daily recruitment operations.
2.Assist in organizing job fairs, promoting industry–academia collaboration projects, and internship programs.
3.Assist in planning and executing training and development programs.
4.Support various HR projects (e.g., employer branding initiatives and employee engagement activities) and handle tasks assigned by supervisors.
※ After one year of training at the Taichung HQ, you will be assigned to work at the Indonesia plant.
