Quality and Safety Supervisor (Marine)

• Encourage and implement safety system protocols.
• Address reported non-conformities by taking corrective action and resolving issues that affect the caliber and delivery of services and goods
• Tto offer advice to employees who transgress company policies.
• As needed, lead a group of men doing site work.
• Prompt delivery.
• Encourage and direct initiatives for ongoing improvement.
• Assist novice installers and provide direction to inform others about technological advancements in our portfolio.

Requirements:

• a supervisory position, ideally in the maritime industry
• Understanding and expertise with job cards
• Practical understanding and expertise in engine assembly and disassembly
• To supervise packing requirements and make sure they are met
• To hold meetings with subordinates in order to share guidelines and information
• Diploma in marine engineering and experience working in shipyards
