Quality Assurance Analyst

About the role
As a QA Analyst, you will play a central role in ensuring our healthcare products are reliable, intuitive and of the highest quality. You will help deliver solutions that support safe medication management and enhance the way pharmacy teams provide patient care every day.

What you’ll do
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to combine hands-on manual testing with test automation, building quality into every stage of the software development lifecycle. You will design, execute and maintain test activities that validate the functionality, usability, performance and reliability of our products.

Essential experience

  • Strong SQL proficiency with the ability to write, analyse, and optimize queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and test verification.

  • Hands-on experience testing Web APIs and RESTful services, including validating request/response payloads, authentication mechanisms, integrations, and error handling scenarios.

  • Automation testing expertise, preferably using Playwright, with the ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test suites.

  • Knowledge of Azure services and CI/CD practices, including experience working with Azure DevOps for test management, pipeline integrations, release validation, and quality gates.

  • Experience using AI-assisted testing tools, such as GitHub Copilot, to improve test design, automation development, and overall engineering efficiency.

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline testing activities, improve documentation quality, and accelerate delivery outcomes.

  • Strong critical thinking skills to review, validate, and refine AI-generated outputs, ensuring accuracy, quality, security, and compliance with organizational standards.

  • Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, manage competing priorities, and switch between tasks while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Desirable experience

  • Retail POS/Healthcare industry experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365

Other

  • Federal Police Check and Baseline Security Clearance (as required)
