Quality Assurance Analyst

We are looking for a responsible person willing to perform basic quality assurance functionalities and assist with related warehouse inventory management activities, as necessary.

This is a full-time onsite position.

You will report to the Director of Quality Assurance.

• Assist in the maintenance of QMS Certification ISO 9001
• Conduct Internal Audits in support of QMS Certifications
• Plan, coordinate, and support external audits for QMS Certifications
• Oversee/Support inspection of components and product testing, as necessary
• Prepare and maintain inspection and test data for review
• Utilize and maintain inspection tools and equipment to ensure accurate measurements
• Communicate any workplace issues, inventory shortages, faulty or damaged product, etc. with the Director of QA
• Identify areas for quality control improvement and report to the Director of QA
• Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency
• Make determinations of components and finished products regarding conformance to quality standards
• Execute and maintain nonconforming process
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis and define corrective/preventative action plans
• Ensure compliance with established procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Issue Quality Alerts
• Assist with product quality reviews and documentation reviews
• Collaborate with other departments as required
• Other duties as assigned
