Quality Assurance Engineer (Automation)

Responsibilities

• Test systems and applications: Ensure that software functions properly and meets the required specifications.

• Create test plans and test cases: Develop testing scenarios based on system requirements.

• Perform manual and automated testing: Identify bugs or errors through both manual testing and automated testing tools.

• Collaborate with the development team: Provide feedback throughout the development process to maintain application quality.

• Prepare test reports: Document testing results, bug reports, and recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Technical Skills: Understanding of SDLC and STLC; knowledge of functional, regression, and integration testing; experience with tools such as JIRA, Postman, Appium, and Katalon is a plus; basic SQL knowledge for database validation.

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience preferred, particularly in the Logistics, Transportation, or Start-up industry.

• Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, thorough, communicative, and able to work effectively in a team.
