Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance methodologies and practices, with a focus on ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and processes. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing testing strategies, conducting thorough inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements. - Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure product quality. - Analyze test results and provide feedback to development teams for continuous improvement. - Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and provide input on quality standards. - Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes to address quality issues. - Maintain documentation of testing processes and results to ensure compliance with industry standards. - Stay updated with the latest quality assurance trends and technologies to enhance testing processes. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and tools. - Familiarity with quality standards such as TF16949:2016. - Experience with statistical process control and quality improvement techniques (e.g., 5S, COPQ). - Proficiency in GD&T and MSA principles. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
