Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance methodologies and practices, with a focus on ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and services. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements. - Conduct thorough testing of products to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards. - Collaborate with development teams to understand product features and provide feedback on quality improvements. - Utilize quality assurance tools and methodologies, including MSA, GD&T, and 5S, to enhance testing processes. - Analyze data related to quality assurance metrics and report findings to management. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce costs associated with poor quality (COPQ). Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices. - Experience with testing tools and techniques. - Familiarity with quality standards such as TF16949:2016. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
