Salary: Rp 14,000,000 – Rp 20,000,000 per month

About the role

On behalf of our client, Elitez Indonesia is looking for a qualified professional to join their team as a Quality Assurance (IT).

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Solution Designs.

• Develop test scenarios and test scripts.

• Prepare test plans, test documentation, and test result reports.

• Ensure application quality and functionality align with BRD and Solution Design requirements.

• Conduct root cause analysis of system errors to support accurate troubleshooting and resolution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

• Strong leadership skills.

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

• Commitment to achieving desired outcomes.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Ability to analyze root causes and solve problems from strategic, business, and system perspectives.
