QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER

Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Officer is responsible formonitoring the debt collection activities to ensure compliance with companypolicies, procedures, client requirements, industry regulations and applicablelaws. The role involves conducting quality assurance reviews of collectioncalls, correspondence and case handling procedures, identifying areas forimprovement and supporting continuous performance enhancement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform quality checks on call recordings handled bythe credit recovery officers to ensure compliance with the company and clientprocedures.

· Provide constructive feedback to credit recoveryofficers and collection managers.

· Identify, investigate and escalate potentialcompliance breaches, customer complaints and operational risks with incidentmanagement.

· Support internal and external compliance audits.

· Conduct regular training, refresher and assessment forcredit recovery officers.

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma with experience in Customer Service,Finance, Banking or a related field.

· At least 1 to 3 years of experience in QualityAssurance, Finance, Customer Service, Contact Centre Operations, or a relatedfield.

· Familiar with regulatory and compliance requirements relating to debt collection and data privacy in Singapore.
