About the role
Ensure the quality and functionality of application systems by understanding the BRD and Solution Design, preparing testing activities, and conducting root cause analysis of system errors to support the improvement process.
Key responsibilities:
Understand Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Solution Design
Prepare test scenarios and test scripts
Prepare test plans, testing documentation, and test result reports
Ensure the quality and functionality of application systems according to the BRD and Solution Design
Conduct root cause analysis of system errors to provide accurate information for the improvement process
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or Information System
Minimum GPA of 3.00
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Assurance
Strong understanding of Project Management
Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience in manual testing for web and mobile applications
Good leadership and analytical skills for decision-making
Strong commitment to achieving results
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strong root cause analysis skills from strategic, business, and system perspectives
