Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance processes and methodologies, with a focus on ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards. - Utilize statistical process control (SPC) techniques to monitor and analyze production processes, ensuring optimal performance and quality output. - Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives to address quality issues and prevent recurrence. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide training and development on quality assurance practices and principles. - Maintain and update quality management systems (QMS) to reflect current practices and regulatory requirements. - Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and present findings to management for strategic decision-making. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools, including SPC, RCA, CAPA, and QMS. - Experience with quality audits and compliance assessments. - Familiarity with SAP QM module is a plus. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
