Job summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Quality Control and Microbiology Senior Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Key responsibilities:
Lead QC and Microbiology teams to ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee all laboratory activities including chemical and microbiological testing.
Drive quality management systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
Review and approve validation protocols, test results, and batch release decisions.
Ensure audit readiness and successful regulatory inspections.
Manage departmental resources, budgets, and team development.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field – MBA is a plus.
12+ years of experience, including 7+ years in a managerial role.
Strong expertise in QC, Microbiology, and regulatory compliance in pharmaceutical manufacturing is mandatory.
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
