Quality Control Inspector - Bonus Eligible
Additional Compensation: This position is eligible for an additional bonus of $500, subject to applicable eligibility requirements and continued employment. Bonus terms and payment schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
The Quality Inspector ensures the quality of manufactured and purchased components through detailed inspections at all stages—incoming, in-process, and final. Inspectors document non-conformances, verify compliance with specifications and standards, and ensure products meet required quality. This role requires developing skills in measurement, documentation, and reporting, while adhering to quality control processes.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Inspections: Perform inspections according to specifications, ensuring all quality standards are met.
• First Article Inspections (FAI): Assist with FAI and accurately document findings for quality assurance.
• Non-Conformance Reports (NCR): Identify defects and create NCRs to support timely corrective actions.
• Calibration: Assist in the routine calibration of instruments to maintain accuracy.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized and accurate inspection records for traceability and compliance.
• Policy Adherence: Follow company policies and procedures, contributing to a culture of compliance and quality.
• Work Environment: Maintain a clean, safe workspace by adhering to all safety regulations.
• Team Contribution: Collaborate with team members to meet goals and complete tasks efficiently.
• Timely Execution: Ensure all tasks are completed on schedule, aligning with production goals.
