Summary
Inspects and verifies stone products during manufacturing, including custom-cut, handcrafted, and trading stones, while managing calibration and reporting quality data.
Inspect standard stone specifications during the production process.
Verify the accuracy of custom-cut stone products (Made to Order).
Inspect handcrafted products according to 2D, 3D designs, and decorative moldings.
Perform Dry Lay arrangements of products.
Inspect the specifications of trading stones (purchased stones for resale).
Receive and inspect imported and domestic goods.
Inspect the specifications of Calcium Carbonate products.
Prepare inspection reports for Calcium Carbonate.
Verify the accuracy of goods prior to dispatch from the warehouse.
Prepare daily work plans.
Manage measurement tools and company-wide issuance of measuring equipment.
Coordinate and manage calibration license renewals for measuring instruments.
Compile and report monthly quality data.
Coordinate with the Sales and Warehouse departments.
Verify monthly production of custom-cut stone products awaiting design approval (Form 4).
Coordinate with the Installation Department in case of on-site design changes.
