Quality Engineer

POSITION SUMMARY
The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality of products and processes within the organization by
tracking and investigating internal quality issues, managing customer complaints, and coordinating corrective
actions. This role leads problem-solving teams and countermeasure meetings to resolve both internal and
customer-related quality concerns. The engineer will also manage containment and sorting of suspect products,
track supplier issues, and ensure timely resolutions. Additionally, the Quality Engineer is involved in new product
and engineering change launches, as well as the development of work instructions, standard operating procedures,
and inspection standards. This position requires strong collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
