Quality Engineer: PCB & Data-Driven Process Excellence

Flex is seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to support our teams in Juarez Sur, Mexico. You will maintain quality programs, standards and improvements across products and processes.

Key tasks include developing inspection standards, designing data collection, leading corrective actions, audits, and liaison with regulatory bodies. A Bachelor’s degree and IPC standards experience are required; PCB/SMT exposure is a plus.
