Responsibilities
Preparation of project specific method statements, inspection and test plan
Coordinate with site execution and Ensure WIR, MIR are raised on time as well as the approvals are obtained.
Inspection of Incoming / delivered materials at the site and ensure the materials are in compliance with the project specification / Material approvals.
Record the status of non-conformance and action details of assigned projects
Regular visit to site work and ensure work is executed against specification and method statement
Issue non conformity report on various non conformities identified during audits for corrective action and follow up for its effective implementation.
Prepare Quality observation report and record all the nonconformities identified/ resolved status area wise identified during site tour
Prepare and submit handing over documents
