About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead our Quality team in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in metals and manufacturing processes, hands-on expertise with AIAG Core Tools, and proven leadership experience managing direct reports. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 while driving a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Quality team, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 and customer requirements.
- Drive the use of AIAG Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC) throughout the organization.
- Oversee audits, corrective actions, and supplier quality performance.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to resolve issues and strengthen processes.
- Report on key quality metrics and lead structured problem-solving initiatives.
