Responsible for ensuring services, processes, and facilities are in compliance with the organization’s Quality Assurance (QA) standards, international standards, and government regulations. Establishes quantitative measurements and techniques for measuring quality and drives improvements. Conducts process quality audit and documents inspection records. Requires understanding of external standards such as International Organization for Standardization (ISO), Lean Six Sigma for quality in their industry field. Will contribute in scaling the team overtime. Problems faced may be difficult but are not complex. Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders.

Specific requirements and experience for this position are listed below.

• Implementation of required quality policies to meet AQAP2110 (and ISO9001)

• Implementation of required quality policies to meet IEC61508 Implementation of required quality policies for establishing incoming quality inspection on goods inwards

• Maintaining quality reporting in line with project requirements

• EcoVadis assessment or equivalent ESG review

• CBAM (Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism) information provision where legally applicable

• EUDR (EU Deforestation Regulation) compliance where applicable

• ESG audits and sustainability documentation on request

• Quality supplier assessments and management

• CAPAs

• Internal audits

• Liaising with customer quality management team
