In Sweden, our teams operate Sweden’s only full-scale indium phosphide wafer fabrication facility, where we design, manufacture, and test some of the world’s fastest optical chips under one roof, supporting AI infrastructure, data centres, and global communications networks worldwide.

The Role

You will be responsible for…

What you will be doing…

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve our ISO‑based Quality Management System
• Ensure compliance with legal, corporate, and regulatory requirements across the organization
• Lead and plan internal audits that drive meaningful improvements
• Monitor, verify, and follow up on corrective actions
• Own and organise key QMS documentation on our intranet
• Support teams in R&D and production with quality methods, tools, and best practices
• Strengthen our quality culture through proactive collaboration and leadership
  

About You

• B.Sc. in Quality Engineering or equivalent competence
• Solid experience working with Quality and Management Systems in R&D and/or production
• Strong interest in quality methods and continuous improvement
• Six Sigma certification (Yellow/Green/Black Belt)
• Experience with Lean processes
• Ability to lead, influence, and drive corrective actions
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally within the Järfälla site and Corporate Quality

• Swedish language required; additional languages are a plus
