Quality & Training Manager
Lead the organisation’s quality, governance, risk and training functions across all service lines.
Develop, review and maintain policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards to ensure they remain current and effective.
Maintain the organisational risk register, monitor mitigation measures and escalate significant risks to senior management.
Plan and conduct internal audits, as well as coordinate external and funder audits, ensuring follow-up actions are completed within agreed timelines.
Investigate service quality issues, identify root causes and translate findings into improvements in processes, controls and service delivery.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on quality, compliance, audit and risk matters.
Develop and oversee onboarding, mandatory, refresher and role-specific training programmes for staff and volunteers.
Maintain a structured training curriculum and accurate training records to support competency and reporting requirements.
Evaluate training effectiveness through competency assessments, observation and feedback, and continuously improve training content.
Work closely with department heads to identify capability gaps and develop targeted training interventions.
Promote a culture of quality, accountability, continuous learning and service excellence across the organisation.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline
- Min 5 year of relevant experience
- Able to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Working Hour: Weekdays, 9am to 6pm
