【全日餐廳】客房餐飲服務員 In-Room Dining Host/Hostess【專職大夜】

【工作內容】
1. 接聽客房餐飲訂餐電話，提供親切、專業且有效率的服務。
2. 確認並記錄賓客訂單、房號、送餐時間及特殊飲食需求。
3. 熟悉餐點內容、價格及供應時段，依賓客需求提供適當建議。
4. 與廚房及餐飲服務團隊協調出餐與送餐進度，確保餐點正確並準時送達。
5. 準備餐車、托盤、餐具及相關服務用品，並依營運需要協助送餐至客房。
6. 處理賓客追加需求、意見回饋及服務異常，維持良好用餐體驗。
7. 協助回收餐車、托盤及餐具，維護工作區域與客房樓層整潔。
8. 操作訂餐及POS系統，完成訂單、房帳及相關營運紀錄。
9. 遵循食品安全、衛生管理及飯店服務標準。
10. 與廚房、餐廳、客務及房務團隊保持良好溝通，共同處理賓客需求。
11. 配合部門營運安排，支援餐飲相關服務及其他交辦事項。
12. 協助新進同仁熟悉工作流程與服務標準。

【 Job Responsibilities】

1. Answer in-room dining calls and provide friendly, professional, and efficient service.
2. Accurately record guest orders, room numbers, delivery times, and special dietary requirements.
3. Maintain good knowledge of menu items, prices, and operating hours, and provide suitable recommendations to guests.
4. Coordinate with the kitchen and F&B service team to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered on time.
5. Prepare service trolleys, trays, tableware, and other required items, and assist with meal delivery to guest rooms.
6. Handle additional guest requests, feedback, and service issues promptly and professionally.
7. Assist with the collection of trolleys, trays, and tableware, and maintain cleanliness in work and guest areas.
8. Operate the ordering and POS systems and complete relevant billing and operational records.
9. Follow food safety, hygiene, and hotel service standards.
10. Communicate effectively with the kitchen, restaurant, front office, and housekeeping teams to respond to guest needs.
11. Support other F&B operations and duties as assigned.
12. Assist new team members in becoming familiar with service procedures and standards.
