Quant Developer — Python Tools for Trading Research

Tower Research Capital in London is seeking a Quant Developer to join the EMEA Development team, building and enhancing research tools for quantitative strategies. You will work closely with researchers on-site to improve the desk's trading processes and metrics.

The role requires strong Python expertise with NumPy/Pandas/Polars, plus experience in production environments and collaboration across a geographically distributed team. Hybrid work options are available.
