What You Need

• Coding: Ability to use Python and C++ to find and fix bugs in the system code.
• Project Skills: Experience launching a new trading market or system from scratch.
• Languages: Able to work and speak fluently in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Market Knowledge: Good understanding of how order matching, fees, and stock borrowing work.
