Quantity Surveyor

• Responsible for quantity surveying, measurement, and project cost control; • Prepare and review BOQ, quotations, and project settlement documents; • Follow up progress payment applications, variations, and claims; • Handle subcontract and supplier commercial management; • Support project cost analysis and budget control; • Coordinate commercial matters with clients, consultants, and subcontractors; • Assist in tendering and bidding-related commercial works.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in QS / commercial works in construction projects; • Only candidates currently available in the UAE will be considered. • Familiar with BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, variations, and claims procedures; • Good understanding of construction contracts and cost control; • Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, and related engineering software; • English proficiency suitable for daily work communication; • High-rise building project experience is preferred; • Middle East project experience is preferred; • UAE project experience is required.
