Quantity Surveyor [SL]

Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings and tender documents.

Prepare tender submissions, quotations, and cost breakdowns.

Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to achieve cost savings.

Handle progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.

Monitor project costs and ensure expenditure stays within the approved budget.

Verify subcontractor claims and invoices.

Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants on commercial matters.

Maintain accurate cost records and project documentation.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
