Summary
Oversee construction costs, contracts, and payments for mechanical and electrical systems in Singapore’s ACMV industry, preparing bids, valuing claims, and managing final accounts.
Responsibilities :
· Evaluate tenders, cost estimates, manage contracts and advise on contractual matters
· Preparing and submission of tender and contract documents
· Studying tender specifications and drawings
· Preparation of monthly progress claim
· Valuation of sub-contractor’s progress claims and VO
· Monthly cash flow projection
· Preparation of final account
Requirements:
- At least Diploma/ Degree in M&E or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of working experience in both pre & post contracts
- Well-versed in tendering process especially in local construction/ ACMV industry.
- Possess good negotiation and coordination skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate with people from all levels.
- Meticulous, analytical with excellent problem solving skills, proactive, a good team player and able to meet tight deadlines.
