The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting for multiple clients. Key Responsibilities Handle daily bookkeeping: AP, AR, bank feeds, and journal entries Perform monthly bank/credit card/loan/merchant reconciliations Maintain and clean up books in QuickBooks & Xero Prepare monthly financials: P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Manage integrations (Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, Gusto, Bill.com, etc.) Support month-end close, adjusting entries, and year-end review Communicate with clients to resolve missing or incorrect entries Job Types: Full time, Permanent Compensation: 14,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
