Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated R&D Engineer to support new product development and improvement projects. The role involves laboratory testing, data analysis, technical documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive product quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support R&D projects including product development, testing, and qualification activities
- Conduct laboratory trials, collect data, perform analysis, and troubleshoot issues
- Prepare technical reports, test records, and documentation
- Support customer sample requests and product improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and other teams on technical solutions
- Maintain laboratory safety standards and support continuous improvement activities
- Perform SAP updates and administrative documentation tasks
Requirements:
- Min Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Electronics, or related fields
