Drive business value through faster time-to-color, improved product development cycles, and enhanced color quality using automation, advanced algorithms, and AI/ML technologies.
- Lead a global development team designing custom software solutions for automotive color laboratories, including color matching, quality control, and color data management.
- Drive innovation and business value by improving speed to color, reducing development lead times, and enhancing color quality through automation and advanced technologies such as AI and machine learning.
- In this role, you will define the strategic roadmap for color software, translate business needs into technical solutions, and manage complex global projects across cross-functional teams (R&D, IT, and operations).
- You will ensure high-quality system delivery, promote best practices, and continuously optimize processes across the automotive color value chain.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, STEM, or related field
- Experience in software development and team leadership
- Knowledge of color science and color matching (preferred)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, JIRA)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
