Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead Record to Report operations for assigned regions, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery against defined service, quality and KPI targets.
- Manage the integration and transition of finance processes and teams from regional organizations into the Global Finance Center.
- Drive standardization of R2R processes, operating procedures and governance practices across shared services.
- Identify improvement opportunities through operational benchmarking, root-cause analysis and structured performance reviews.
- Build team capability through clear objectives, performance feedback, development planning, delegation and effective conflict resolution.
Skills Required:
- 6 - 10 years of relevant experience in finance operations, accounting or Record to Report services.
- Strong experience in finance operations, accounting and Record to Report delivery within a shared-services or global business environment.
- Practical understanding of ERP systems and end-to-end R2R process execution.
- Deep knowledge of IFRS and Ind AS accounting standards, with the ability to support accurate and controlled financial reporting.
- Experience managing finance operations, stakeholder governance, process transitions and service-quality targets across multiple geographies.
Good to Have:
- Six Sigma Green Belt, exposure to RPA and process modeling, people management experience, and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
Education: CA, CA Inter or a postgraduate degree in Accounting or Finance.
