Job Summary:
The Ramyun Production Line Executive is responsible for monitoring and coordinating the ramyun production process to ensure smooth operations, product quality, and production targets are achieved.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily ramyun production processes and production plans.
- Ensure production output meets quality and quantity requirements.
- Monitor product quality and consistency throughout the production process.
- Identify and troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with relevant teams for solutions.
- Monitor production line performance and report any operational issues to management.
- Ensure production procedures and safety standards are properly followed.
- Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to minimize production downtime.
- Prepare daily and regular production reports as required.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Experience in food production or FMCG manufacturing is preferred.
- Experience with ramyun/noodle production is an advantage.
- Good understanding of production processes and quality control.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good command of Khmer and English is an advantage.
