Key Responsibilities:
- Develop next generation Pyralux and adhesive offering, related technologies & materials for FCCL (Flex Copper Clad Laminate).
- Explore new ingredients with chemical functionality that improve product performance via understanding of customer needs & material technology.
- Collaborate with copper foil suppliers to develop copper clad laminates
- Identify operational windows of new formulations for lab to scale up process
- Assists in research efforts to improve existing products or create new applications.
- Provide training to technician and sales representative.
Qualifications:
- PhD degree is required in Material Science/Polymer Science/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry.
- Experience in patent search and patent filing is a plus
- Experience in polymer synthesis is a plus.
- Experience in dispersion or interface mechanics is a plus.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively within the organization.
- Independent researcher, as well as teamwork is required.
- Fluent in English & Mandarin.
- Good computer proficiency.
