A full-stack-leaning React role: build and maintain web applications in Colombia, doing front-end work plus backend services in Node.js and/or .NET Core, REST API and third-party integrations, and PostgreSQL database work while collaborating with developers, designers, analysts, and QA.
We are seeking a React Developer to build and maintain web applications. This role combines front-end development with backend services, API integrations, database work, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop backend functionality using Node.js and/or .NET Core.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and authentication providers.
- Work with PostgreSQL and apply established software design patterns.
- Test, debug, troubleshoot, and improve application code.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, business analysts, and QA teams.
Requirements
- More than five years of professional software development experience.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, RESTful APIs, JWT, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with AWS, version control, and Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Professional English proficiency at a minimum B1/B2 level.
Skills
- PostgreSQL, RESTful APIs, and JWT.
- Git or comparable version control tools; Babel, Webpack, and NPM.
- Backend development with Node.js and/or .NET Core.
- MoQ, NUnit, or other unit testing experience is a plus.
