Real Estate Attorney - Commercial Leases

We are seeking an experienced Attorney to review, negotiate, and revise commercial lease agreements for healthcare providers, including dentists, veterinarians, and physicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate law, ensuring lease terms align with industry regulations and protect client interests. This position is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and negotiate lease agreements, amendments, and renewals.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks in lease contracts.
• Advise healthcare providers on lease obligations and compliance.
• Draft and revise lease-related documents.
• Collaborate with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• J.D. degree and active state bar license.
• 3+ years of commercial real estate or leasing experience (healthcare leasing preferred).
• Strong negotiation and contract review skills.
• Ability to manage multiple lease transactions efficiently.
