Summary
Senior project manager in Standard Bank's CIB Real Estate Finance team, independently assessing and monitoring property development risk and valuations — reviewing feasibility, construction costs, programmes, statutory approvals and funding to support credit decisions. Requires a property/engineering-related degree and 10+ years of construction project management experience.
To provide specialist real estate project management, development risk and valuation oversight across the CIB Real Estate Finance portfolio, supporting informed credit and investment decision-making throughout the lifecycle of property development and investment transactions. The role will be responsible for the independent assessment, monitoring and management of technical, development and valuation risks associated with real estate transactions, including development feasibility, construction costs, programme, statutory approvals, contractual arrangements, professional teams, project funding requirements, valuations and project completion.

Experience Required
More than 10 years experience in Construction Project Management experience is preferable to understand the practical principles and practices of the project management discipline. Microsoft Package (Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word, MS Project), knowledge of share drive.
