📄 Employment: 6-Month Contract (Potential Renewal Subject to Headcount Approval)
💰 Salary: Up to $6,600/month (No Bonus)
🕘 Working Hours:
• Monday – Friday Office Hours
What You'll Be Doing:
• Perform daily cash balance and securities holdings reconciliations against custodians
• Investigate reconciliation breaks, conduct root cause analysis, and drive timely resolution across multiple teams
• Monitor and manage end-of-day operational controls to ensure accurate reporting
• Support investment book of record (IBOR) ownership and reconciliation activities
• Participate in strategic transformation initiatives and operational improvement projects
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain operational efficiency and service quality
We're Looking For:
• Experience in Trade, Position, or Cash Reconciliations
• Strong investigation and reconciliation skills with the ability to resolve breaks independently
• Knowledge of Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, or OTC products is advantageous
• Experience with TLM, Alteryx, or Xceptor will be an added advantage
