Recovery Manager

We are looking for a highly driven and resourceful professional to lead critical collections, recovery, and field operations activities. This role requires a strong on-ground presence, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to resolve complex operational and payment-related challenges. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling high-value clients, coordinating with external partners, and representing the organization with government and local authorities.

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of the aging accounts receivable list. You'll be on the phone and in the field, visiting clients to resolve payment delays.
• Identify, vet, and onboard external recovery consultants for high-risk accounts.
• Be our face with local authorities, municipal bodies, and utilities.
• Act as the "expert on the ground" for any operational crisis/dispute that can't be solved from behind a desk.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years in debt recovery, field operations, real estate liaison, or a similar "high-stakes" operational role.
• Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills. You should be able to de-escalate tension while holding your ground.
• Can talk to HNIs and a local contractor in the same hour, adapting your tone to get results from both.
