Recruiter
As a Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from crafting compelling job postings to negotiating offers and onboarding candidates. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to navigate industry-specific compliance requirements, particularly within the hospitality and entertainment sectors.
- Source and identify qualified candidates using a variety of channels, including social media, job boards, professional networks, and industry events.
- Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and implement tailored recruiting strategies.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, phone screens, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
- Conduct and ensure compliance with pre-employment verifications (background checks, drug testing, education verification).
- Maintain accurate candidate and process data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Utilize recruitment technology, including ATS and video interviewing platforms, to streamline workflows.
- Develop recruitment marketing materials to strengthen employer branding.
- Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvements.
- Stay informed on industry trends, labor markets, and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least one (1) year of successful recruiting experience, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, or tourism; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle and best practices for sourcing and selection.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, recruiting software, and job boards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze recruitment data, track KPIs, and use insights to inform strategy.
- Knowledge of employment laws, compliance regulations, and industry-specific requirements.

- Ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships and networks.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
